TALENT MANAGEMENT STILL NO.1 HR PRIORITY

 

Managing talent topped the list of the most pressing global HR issues, according to Creating People Advantage 2010, which reveals the findings of a survey conducted by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in partnership with the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA). Based on surveys of 5,500 HR executives and 150 non-HR executives in 109 countries, the 2010 report was released at the 13th World Human Resources Congress in Montreal on September 27.
